Well, let me be the first to tell you that your genetic makeup does not determine your health, in other words, no it’s not your genes fault or even your ancestor’s genes fault. In fact, there is incredible hope in what you can achieve in your health and well-being. What makes this so exciting is that it is simple to get your head around. No you don’t have to learn what ketones are, you don’t need to know each micronutrient and macronutrient your body needs. No, you don’t need to spend hours on the treadmill (unless you like to of course). In other words you can live a healthy life that is quite simple leaving out so much unnecessary stress.
How? you ask, the first step to sustainable health and well-being is simply realizing you are a self-regulating and self-healing ecosystem of trillions of cells. That is, remembering who you are. Meaning, you, yes you are programmed to be healthy and heal yourself. The cure lies within you.
Common questions asked when learning about health are, "How can I achieve sustainable health if I constantly suffer from anxiety attacks? or How, if I have no energy? or How, if I hurt all over? or How if everything I eat keeps me up all night with stomach pains?
Remembering who you are, by stating every morning, "I am a self-regulating and self-healing ecosystem of trillions of cells programmed for health,” so that it delves deep into your subconscious mind puts you on the right path to sustainable health and well-being.
One of the hardest steps to no more anxiety attacks, lots more energy and no more pain and don’t forget your ideal weight is to take control of your subconscious mind, that part of your mind that you don’t even realize is there.
If you want to feel like your young self again it all starts with a shift in beliefs, not thoughts, but, beliefs. You must remember at the subconscious level that you do not heal from the outside in you heal from the inside out.
Memorize who you truly are and shift your paradigm to health care not sickness care. Your health is always a positive in your life, symptom free or not.
